OIL PUMP DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE OIL PUMP RELIEF VALVE

      *1 Plug
      *2 Valve Spring
      *3 Relief Valve

      Using a 27 mm socket wrench, remove the plug.

    2. Remove the valve spring and relief valve.

  2. REMOVE OIL PUMP COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A004YY7

      Remove the 5 bolts and oil pump cover.

    2. Remove the oil pump drive and driven rotors from the oil pump body.
