  1. INSPECT CHARCOAL CANISTER

      While holding port C closed, apply compressed air to port A and check that air flows out from port B.

      If the result is not as specified, replace the charcoal canister.

      If the result is not as specified, replace the charcoal canister.

      Apply compressed air to port B and check that air flows out from port A and port C.

      If the result is not as specified, replace the charcoal canister.

      While holding ports A and C closed, apply vacuum to port B to check for leaks.

      If there are leaks, replace the charcoal canister.
