DESCRIPTION

If an open in the roof antenna assembly is detected continuously for 1 minute as a result of a terminal check performed by the telematics transceiver every minute after the power switch is turned on (ACC), this DTC will be stored.

  1. CHECK DTC OUTPUT


    1. Clear the DTCs Click here.

    2. Recheck for DTCs and check that no DTCs are output.

      OK
      No DTCs are output.

  2. INSPECT ROOF ANTENNA ASSEMBLY


    1. Check the installation condition.


      1. Check the roof antenna assembly for any installation problems.

        OK
        The roof antenna assembly is installed correctly.
    2. Remove the roof antenna assembly Click here.

    2. Disconnect the No. 3 antenna cord sub-assembly connector from the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    2. Disconnect the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly from the instrument panel wire.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
