NAVIGATION ANTENNA REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  3. REMOVE NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  4. REMOVE DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  5. REMOVE NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (for RHD with 7 Inch Display)


    1. Remove the 3 screws.

    2. Disengage the 6 clamps and remove the navigation antenna assembly.

  6. REMOVE NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (except RHD with 7 Inch Display)


    1. B001M1A

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws.

    3. B001M67

      Remove the 2 screws and navigation antenna assembly with bracket.

  7. REMOVE NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (except RHD with 7 Inch Display)


    1. B001MXI

      Disengage the 2 claws and 6 guides to remove the navigation antenna assembly as shown in the illustration.

  8. REMOVE NAVIGATION ANTENNA BRACKET (except RHD with 7 Inch Display)
