PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY WITH BOX


    1. With the speaker installed, check that there is no looseness or other abnormalities.

    2. Check that there is no foreign matter in the speaker, no tears on the speaker cone or other abnormalities.

      *A for 10 Speakers
      *B for 13 Speakers

      Measure the resistance of the speaker.

      Standard Resistance
      for 10 Speakers:
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      2 (WF1+) - 4 (WF1-) Always 1.6 to 2.4 Ω
      for 13 Speakers:
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      2 (WF1+) - 4 (WF2+) Always 11.6 to 12.4 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the speaker.
