REAR CONSOLE BOX(for 4-Passenger with Ottoman) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOWER CONSOLE BOX COVER

      Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws, then detach the 2 hooks and remove the rear seat lower console box cover.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

      Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 clips and remove the rear seat console box front panel.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    2. A001CXU

      Remove the 6 bolts, and move the rear seat console box assembly in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration. Then detach the 2 clips, and remove it.

    3. A001E9W

      Disconnect the connector.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE ARMREST GARNISH LH


    1. Open the console door.

      While pulling up the rear seat console armrest garnish LH, detach the 3 claws and 2 clips to remove it.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE ARMREST GARNISH RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE PANEL ASSEMBLY

      Using a screwdriver, detach the 6 clips and remove the rear seat console panel assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

  6. REMOVE REAR POWER SEAT SWITCH

    1. Remove the 4 screws and rear power seat switch from the rear seat console panel assembly.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE TABLE COVER


    1. A001AKQ

      Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    2. Pull up the rear seat console table cover and detach the 2 hooks to remove it.

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE TABLE ASSEMBLY


    1. A001ABH

      Remove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts and rear seat console table assembly.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE ARMREST ASSEMBLY


    1. A001E3Y

      Remove the rear seat console armrest cover.

    2. A0018VP

      Remove the 8 nuts and 2 bolts.

    3. Remove the 2 screws and rear seat console armrest assembly.

    4. Disconnect the connector.
