PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH

  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH

  3. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE NO. 3 BOX PANEL

  5. REMOVE UPPER REAR CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  6. REMOVE UPPER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL

  7. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  8. REMOVE CIGARETTE LIGHTER COVER

    1. Disconnect the connector and detach the wire harness clamp.

    2. A001ETJ

      Using a screwdriver, release the lock and remove the wire harness clamp from the connector.

    3. A001ANO

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the cigarette lighter cover.

  9. REMOVE CIGARETTE LIGHTER ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the cigarette lighter knob and element assembly.

      Using a screwdriver, detach the claw and cigarette lighter socket.

  10. REMOVE CIGARETTE LIGHTER BEZEL STAY

    1. Detach the 2 claws and remove the cigarette lighter bezel stay from the upper console panel sub-assembly.
