METER / GAUGE SYSTEM DTC CHECK / CLEAR


  1. CHECK DTC


    1. A001CQJE02
      *1 Intelligent Tester

      Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

    3. Turn the tester on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Body / (desired system) / DTC.

    5. Read the DTCs by following the directions on the tester's screen.

      Tech Tips


      • When using the intelligent tester with the engine switch off to troubleshoot: Connect the intelligent tester to the vehicle, and turn a courtesy light switch on and off at 1.5 second intervals until communication between the tester and vehicle begins.

      • Refer to the intelligent tester operator's manual for further details.

  2. CLEAR DTC


    1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

    3. Turn the tester on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Body / (desired system) / DTC.

    5. Erase the DTCs by following the directions on the tester's screen.
