B2060 ABS Malfunction

DESCRIPTION

This DTC is output when a malfunction in the brake system is detected. This circuit consists of the skid control ECU and seat belt control ECU. Signals are sent from the skid control ECU to the seal belt control ECU through the CAN communication line.

When DTC B2060 is detected, ABS system DTCs will also be detected.

B2060 While initial check is running, engine switch is on (IG) and pre-crash safety system is operating, brake system malfunction signal is received from skid control ECU for 1 second

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK FOR DTC (ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED BRAKE SYSTEM)


    1. Using the intelligent tester, enter the following menus: Chassis / ABS/VSC/TRC /. Then select "Diagnostic Code".

    2. Check for DTC.
