BRAKE PEDAL SUPPORT(for RHD) REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A001FIU

      Install the cushion to the brake pedal.

  2. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL BRACKET COLLAR

      *1 Brake Pedal Bracket Collar
      *2 Bush

      Install the brake pedal bracket collar and 2 bushes to the brake pedal.

  3. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      *1 Brake Pedal Support
      *2 Nut
      *3 Hexagon Bolt

      Install the brake pedal support to the brake pedal with the hexagon bolt and nut.

      Torque:
      28 N*m  { 290 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf }

  4. TEMPORARILY INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL STROKE SENSOR ASSEMBLY


    1. Temporarily install the brake pedal stroke sensor with the 2 bolts.

      Tech Tips

      Tighten the brake pedal stroke sensor with the 2 bolts after adjusting the brake pedal height and brake pedal stroke sensor.

  5. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL PAD

  6. TEMPORARILY INSTALL STOP LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY


    1. Temporarily install the stop light switch with the lock nut.

      Tech Tips

      Tighten the stop light switch with the lock nut after inspecting and adjusting the brake pedal height.
