PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER

    Click here

  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    CAUTION:

    Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.

    Note

    After turning the engine switch off, waiting time may required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work Click here.

  3. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL

  4. REMOVE FRONT AXLE SHAFT NUT LH

  5. DISCONNECT FRONT DISC BRAKE CALIPER ASSEMBLY LH

  6. REMOVE FRONT DISC

    Click here

  7. REMOVE FRONT DISC BRAKE DUST COVER LH

    Click here

  8. DISCONNECT SKID CONTROL SENSOR WIRE

    Click here

  9. REMOVE FRONT SPEED SENSOR LH

    Click here

  10. DISCONNECT TIE ROD ASSEMBLY LH

    Click here

  11. DISCONNECT FRONT NO. 1 SUSPENSION UPPER ARM ASSEMBLY LH

  12. DISCONNECT FRONT NO. 2 SUSPENSION UPPER ARM ASSEMBLY LH

    Click here

  13. REMOVE STEERING KNUCKLE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  14. DISCONNECT FRONT HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  15. REMOVE FRONT STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY LH

  16. REMOVE AIR CONNECTOR CLIP HOLDER

  17. DISCONNECT NO. 4 HEIGHT CONTROL TUBE

  18. REMOVE AIR CLEANER INLET COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  19. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH

    Click here

  20. REMOVE FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER CAP LH

  21. REMOVE ABSORBER CONTROL ACTUATOR

  22. REMOVE FRONT PNEUMATIC SHOCK ABSORBER WITH CYLINDER ASSEMBLY LH

  23. REMOVE FRONT PNEUMATIC CYLINDER O-RING LH

  24. REMOVE INNER NO. 1 ARM ATTACHMENT PLATE LH

      Remove the 3 bolts and inner No. 1 arm attachment plate LH.

  25. REMOVE INNER NO. 2 ARM ATTACHMENT PLATE LH

      Remove the 2 bolts and inner No. 2 arm attachment plate LH.

  26. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 SUSPENSION UPPER ARM ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Remove the bolt and nut, and then remove the front No. 1 suspension upper arm assembly LH from the inner No. 1 arm attachment plate LH.

  27. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 SUSPENSION UPPER ARM ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Remove the bolt and nut, and then remove the front No. 2 suspension upper arm assembly LH from the inner No. 2 arm attachment plate LH.
