FRONT SUSPENSION MEMBER(for 2WD) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

  2. REMOVE FRONT SUSPENSION CROSSMEMBER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A0018UR

      Remove the 2 nuts, then remove the front suspension crossmember sub-assembly from the engine.

  3. REMOVE ENGINE MOUNTING SPACER


    1. A001CLBE01
      *1 for RH:
      *2 for LH:

      Remove the 2 engine mounting spacers.

  4. REMOVE FRONT ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR

    Tech Tips

    Perform this procedure only when replacement of the front engine mounting insulator is necessary.

      *1 for RH:
      *2 for LH:

      Remove the 2 nuts and 2 front engine mounting insulators.

  5. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 SUSPENSION LOWER ARM ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A001DZE

      Remove the bolt and nut, and then remove the front No. 1 suspension lower arm assembly LH.

  6. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 SUSPENSION LOWER ARM ASSEMBLY RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  7. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 SUSPENSION LOWER ARM ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the bolt and nut, and then remove the front No. 2 suspension lower arm assembly LH.

  8. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 SUSPENSION LOWER ARM ASSEMBLY RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
