CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY(for Rear Side) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 2 HEIGHT CONTROL VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A001EP4

      Install the height control valve with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

    2. Connect the air tube to the clamp.

    3. A001DX9

      Connect the 3 air tubes Click here.

    4. Connect the connector.

  2. INSPECT FOR AIR LEAK

    Click here

  3. INSTALL REAR WHEEL HOUSE LINER RH


    1. Install the rear fender liner with the 11 nuts.

    2. Install the 2 clips and 3 screws.

  4. INSTALL QUARTER PANEL WHEEL OPENING MOULDING RH


    1. Install the moulding with the 4 screws.

  5. INSTALL REAR WHEEL RH

    Torque:
    140 N*m  { 1428 kgf*cm, 103 ft.*lbf }
