      (Oil Temperature Sensor)

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      1 - 2 25°C (77°F) 8.70 to 11.30 kΩ
      80°C (176°F) 1.529 to 1.869 kΩ

      If the result is not as specified, replace the oil temperature sensor.

      Note

      When checking the oil temperature sensor in water, keep the terminals dry. After the check, wipe the oil temperature sensor dry.
