FLOOR SHIFT ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

  • Use the same procedure for the RHD and LHD sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LHD sides.

PROCEDURE


  1. DISCONNECT FLOOR SHIFT GEAR SHIFTING ROD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Move the shift lever to the N.

    2. A001DA1

      Remove the nut and disconnect the floor shift gear shifting rod sub-assembly.

  2. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

    for 5-Passenger with Ottoman: Click here

    w/o Rear Seat Entertainment System: Click here

    w/ DVD Plater: Click here

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX DUCT


    1. A001E9U

      Disconnect the 2 wire harness clamps from the No. 1 console box duct.

    2. Remove the 2 clips and pull out the No. 1 console box duct.

  4. REMOVE TRANSMISSION FLOOR SHIFT ASSEMBLY


    1. for LHD:


      1. A001F35

        Disconnect the 2 connectors.

      2. Disconnect the 6 wire harness clamps from the transmission floor shift assembly.

    2. for RHD:


      1. A001FLB

        Disconnect the 3 connectors.

      2. Disconnect the 5 wire harness clamps from the transmission floor shift assembly.

    3. Remove the 4 bolts and transmission floor shift assembly.
