LANE-KEEPING ASSIST SYSTEM Indicator Circuit

DESCRIPTION

• When the driving support ECU detects a lane-keeping assist main switch signal, it sends the signal to the No. 1 meter ECU sub-assembly through CAN communication. Then the LKA indicator light turns on.

• The LKA indicator light circuit uses CAN communication. If there is a malfunction in this circuit, check for DTCs in the CAN communication system before troubleshooting this circuit.

PROCEDURE

1. READ VALUE USING INTELLIGENT TESTER (LKA INDICATOR LIGHT)

   
   

   1. Check the Data List for proper functioning of the LKA indicator light.

2. PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING INTELLIGENT TESTER (LKA INDICATOR LIGHT)

   
   

   1. Select the Active Test, use the intelligent tester to generate a control command, and then check that the LKA indicator light illuminates.
