OIL LEVEL SENSOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL ENGINE OIL LEVEL SENSOR


    1. A001CLL

      Install a new gasket to the engine oil level sensor.

    2. Insert the engine oil level sensor into the oil pan and rotate it 180°.

    3. A001927

      Install the engine oil level sensor with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      7.0 N*m  { 71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf }

    4. Connect the engine oil level sensor connector.

  2. INSTALL CRANK POSITION SENSOR BRACKET


    1. A0019JB

      Install the crank position sensor bracket with the bolt.

      Torque:
      21 N*m  { 214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the harness clamp.

  3. CONNECT OIL COOLER TUBE


    1. A001BQJ

      Connect the No. 1 oil cooler inlet tube and No. 1 oil cooler outlet tube by installing the 2 clamps with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

  4. ADD ENGINE OIL

  5. INSPECT FOR ENGINE OIL LEAK

  6. CHECK ENGINE OIL LEVEL

    Click here

  7. INSTALL FRONT SUSPENSION MEMBER PROTECTOR LOWER

    Click here

  8. INSTALL NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER

    Click here

  9. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER
