COOLING FAN MOTOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

   Click here

2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER INLET COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

   Click here

3. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET

   Click here

4. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH

   Click here

5. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH

   Click here

6. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

   Click here

7. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

   Click here

8. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE

   Click here

9. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE

   Click here

10. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM ECU OUTLET DUCT

    Click here

11. REMOVE RADIATOR RESERVOIR ASSEMBLY

    Click here

12. DISCONNECT WIRE HARNESS

    
    

    1. 

       Disconnect the 3 connectors.

    2. Detach the 8 wire harness clamps to disconnect the wire harness.

13. REMOVE FAN SHROUD WITH FAN AND MOTOR

    
    

    1. 

       Detach the 3 claws, and then remove the fan shroud with fan and motor.
