ТОРМОЗ ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИЯ РЕЖИМА ТОРМОЖЕНИЯ ДВИГАТЕЛЕМ НА 2-Й ПЕРЕДАЧЕ РАЗБОРКА


  1. REMOVE 2ND COAST BRAKE PISTON OIL SEAL RING


    1. A003CW0

      Remove the oil seal ring from the piston.

  2. REMOVE 2ND COAST BRAKE PISTON ROD


    1. A003AGP

      Firmly hold down the piston, then compress the compression spring.

    2. Using needle nose-pliers, remove the E-ring.

    3. A003FHXE01

      Remove the compression spring, the retainer and the piston rod.

  3. INSPECT 2ND COAST BRAKE BAND ASSEMBLY


    1. A003DCJE01

      If the lining of the brake band is peeled off or discolored, or even only a part of the printed numbers is corroded, replace the brake band.
