    INSTALL GENERATOR ROTOR ASSEMBLY


    1. Using a press, press in the rotor.

    2. Place the washer to the rotor.

    INSTALL RECTIFIER END FRAME

      Using a 17 mm socket wrench and press, slowly press in the rectifier end frame.

      Install the cord clamp and 4 nuts.

       
      5.9 N*m 60 kgf*cm 53 in.*lbf

    INSTALL GENERATOR HOLDER W/ RECTIFIER

      Install the 4 rubber insulators on the lead wires.

      Note:

      Be careful to install the rubber insulators in the correct direction.

      While pushing down on the rectifier holder, install it with the 4 screws.

      2.9 N*m 30 kgf*cm 26 in.*lbf

    INSTALL BRUSH HOLDER AND REGULATOR

      Install the regulator with the 3 screws.

      2.0 N*m 20 kgf*cm 18 in.*lbf

    2. Place the seal plate.

    3. Install the brush holder with the 2 screws.

      2.0 N*m 20 kgf*cm 18 in.*lbf

    4. Place the brush holder cover.

    INSTALL REAR END COVER

      Install the rear end cover and plate terminal with the bolt and 3 nuts.

      4.4 N*m 45 kgf*cm 39 in.*lbf
      Bolt
      3.9 N*m 40 kgf*cm 35 in.*lbf

    2. Install the terminal insulator with the nut.

      4.1 N*m 42 kgf*cm 36 in.*lbf
