ГЕНЕРАТОР УСТАНОВКА


  1. INSTALL GENERATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the generator assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      43 N*m  { 438 kgf*cm, 32 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the wire harness to terminal B with the nut.

      Torque:
      9.8 N*m  { 100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf }

    3. Install the terminal cap.

    4. Connect the connector to the generator assembly.

    5. Attach the clamp and connect the wire harness.

  2. INSTALL FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT


    1. Установите поликлиновой ремень вентилятора и генератора на каждую деталь.

      Tech Tips

      При установке поликлиновой ремень вентилятора и генератора устанавливается на опорный ролик № 1 в сборе в последнюю очередь.

    2. Повернув натяжитель поликлинового ремня по часовой стрелке, снимите стержень.

    3. Убедитесь, что поликлиновой ремень вентилятора и генератора правильно располагается в углублениях шкива.

      Note

      Проверьте правильность посадки поликлинового ремня вентилятора и генератора на каждом шкиве.

  3. INSTALL INTERCOOLER AIR TUBE


    1. Install the intercooler air tube to the diesel throttle body assembly and tighten the hose clamp.

      Torque:
      6.0 N*m  { 61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf }

    2. Connect the connector to the intake air temperature sensor.

    3. Install the air tube support bracket with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      6.0 N*m  { 61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL NO. 4 AIR HOSE


    1. Install the No. 4 air hose and tighten the 2 hose clamps.

      Torque:
      6.0 N*m  { 61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf }

    2. Connect the oil return hose and slide the 2 clips to secure the hose.

  5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.
