    REMOVE TIMING GEAR CASE OR TIMING CHAIN CASE OIL SEAL

      Using a screwdriver , remove the oil seal.

    REMOVE OIL PUMP RELIEF VALVE

      Place the timing gear case on wooden blocks.

      Note:

      Do not damage the timing pointer.

    2. A003H9PE01

      Using a 12 mm hexagon wrench, remove the plug, gasket, spring and relief valve.

  3. Click here

    REMOVE OIL PUMP DRIVE GEAR


    1. Remove the 8 screws, timing gear case, and the drive and driven gears.
