ЭЛЕКТРОДВИГАТЕЛЬ ВЕНТИЛЯТОРА СИСТЕМЫ ОХЛАЖДЕНИЯ УСТАНОВКА


  1. INSTALL NO. 2 COOLING FAN MOTOR


    1. Install the No. 2 cooling fan motor to the fan shroud with the 5 screws.

      Torque:
      3.9 N*m  { 40 kgf*cm, 34 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLING FAN MOTOR


    1. Install the No. 1 cooling fan motor to the fan shroud with the 5 screws.

      Torque:
      3.9 N*m  { 40 kgf*cm, 34 in.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 FAN


    1. Install the No. 2 fan to the No. 2 cooling fan motor with the 3 screws.

      Torque:
      3.9 N*m  { 40 kgf*cm, 34 in.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 FAN


    1. Install the No. 1 fan to the cooling fan motor with the 3 screws.

      Torque:
      3.9 N*m  { 40 kgf*cm, 34 in.*lbf }

  5. INSTALL FAN BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the fan bracket sub-assembly with the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      20 N*m  { 199 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

    2. Attach the clamp.

  6. CONNECT OIL COOLER HOSE


    1. Connect the 2 oil cooler hoses to the 2 oil cooler tubes, and slide the 2 hose clamps to secure the hoses.

    2. Attach the 2 clamps and connect the oil cooler hose to the fan shroud.

  7. INSPECT AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID LEVEL

  8. INSPECT FOR FLUID LEAK
