  1. DISCONNECT OIL COOLER HOSE


    1. A003H16E01

      Detach the 2 clamps and disconnect the oil cooler hose from the fan shroud.

    2. Slide the 2 clamps and disconnect the 2 oil cooler hoses from the 2 oil cooler tubes.

  2. REMOVE FAN BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Detach the clamp and remove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts and fan bracket sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE FAN SHROUD

      Detach the 2 clamps and disconnect the 2 connectors.

    2. A003GKD

      Remove the 6 bolts and fan shroud from the underside of the vehicle.

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 FAN


    1. A003CYC

      Remove the 3 screws and No. 1 fan from the No. 1 cooling fan motor.

  5. REMOVE NO. 2 FAN


    1. A003D2S

      Remove the 3 screws and No. 2 fan from the No. 2 cooling fan motor.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLING FAN MOTOR

    1. Remove the 5 screws and No. 1 cooling fan motor from the fan shroud.

  7. REMOVE NO. 2 COOLING FAN MOTOR

    A003GTI

    1. Remove the 5 screws and No. 2 cooling fan motor from the fan shroud.
