    REMOVE NO. 1 WATER BY-PASS PIPE

      Remove the 2 bolts and No. 1 water by-pass pipe from the engine water pump assembly.

    2. Remove the gasket from the No. 1 water by-pass pipe.

  3. Click here

    DISCONNECT NO. 1 TURBO WATER HOSE


    1. A003FZX

      Slide the clamp and disconnect the No. 1 turbo water hose from the engine water pump assembly.

  4. Click here

    REMOVE ENGINE WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 8 bolts, engine water pump assembly and gasket from the timing chain case assembly.
