  1. DRAIN COOLANT

  2. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE

      *1 Защитная клейкая лента

      Наклейте защитную клейкую ленту вокруг решетки радиатора.

    2. A003DGE

      Выверните 2 винта и освободите 4 фиксатора.

    3. Расцепите 8 захватов и снимите решетку радиатора.

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR INLET DUCT


    1. A003FDS

      Detach the 3 clips and remove the No. 2 air inlet duct.

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR INLET DUCT

      Detach the 2 clips.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and No. 1 air inlet duct.

  5. DRAIN WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID

  6. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. A003FBT

      Remove the 2 bolts and windshield washer motor and pump assembly.

    2. A003GHY

      Detach the hose clamp.

    3. Disconnect the 2 connectors and 2 washer hoses.

  7. DISCONNECT UREA TANK FILLER PIPE ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the 2 bolts and urea tank filler pipe assembly from the upper radiator support sub-assembly.

  8. REMOVE RADIATOR RESERVE TANK ASSEMBLY


    1. A003EKO

      Disconnect the water by-pass hose.

    2. Remove the bolt and radiator reserve tank.

    3. A003DFZ

      Disconnect the No. 2 water by-pass hose.

  9. REMOVE HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY


    1. A003HM8

      Remove the 3 bolts and hood lock.

    2. A003E9U

      Disconnect the hood lock control cable.

  10. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT


    1. A003B1W

      Remove the hood lock control cable from the 2 clamps.

    2. A003HMD

      Remove the 6 bolts, 2 screws and upper radiator support.

  11. REMOVE INTERCOOLER ASSEMBLY


    1. A003AR5

      Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect the No. 2 air hose.

    2. Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect the No. 3 air hose.

    3. Remove the 3 bolts and intercooler.
