FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Hi-back Seat Type) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

      Using a screwdriver, detach the claw and remove the reclining adjuster release handle.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  2. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD INNER NO. 1 LH

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the 2 screws and front seat cushion shield inner No. 1 LH.

  3. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD INNER LH

      Detach the front seat inner belt assembly wire.

    2. A003GJK

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the 2 screws and front seat cushion shield inner LH.

  4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

      for Driver side:


      1. Disengage the 3 clamps.

    2. A003H1J

      for Passenger side:


      1. Disconnect the connector.

      2. Disengage the 5 clamps.

      Remove the bolt and front seat inner belt assembly.

  5. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

    1. Remove the 2 clips and 2 hog rings.

    2. A003FP3

      Detach the hook and remove the separate type front seat cushion cover with pad.

  6. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER

      Remove the 7 hog rings and separate type front seat cushion cover.

  7. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION PAD

  8. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD


    1. A003FBOE01

      Detach the hooks and remove the separate type front seatback cover with pad.

  9. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER


    1. A003DQNE01

      Remove the 5 hog rings and separate type front seatback cover.

  10. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK PAD

  11. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the screw and reclining adjuster inside cover LH.

  12. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.

  13. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH

      Detach the claw and remove the screw and reclining adjuster inside cover LH.

  14. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH

    Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
