BACK DOOR LOCK DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE BACK DOOR INSIDE HANDLE ASSEMBLY

      Remove the screw and the back door inside handle assembly.

  2. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD


    1. A003I4B

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Using a clip remover, remove the 18 clips and the back door trim board.

  3. REMOVE BACK DOOR INSIDE HANDLE ASSEMBLY


    1. Disconnect the link.

    2. Remove the 3 screws and the back door inside handle assembly.

  4. REMOVE BACK DOOR REMOTE CONTROL ASSEMBLY


    1. Disconnect the wire and link.

    2. Detach the 2 clamps.

    3. Remove the 3 screws and the back door remote control assembly.

  5. REMOVE BACK DOOR CLOSER COVER


    1. A003HQ1

      Detach the 3 clips and 3 claws and remove the back closer cover.

  6. REMOVE PIN HOLD CLIP


    1. A003D2K

      Remove the pin hold clip.

  7. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 4 bolts and the back door lock assembly.

  8. REMOVE BACK DOOR CLOSER MOTOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A003B4K

      Disconnect the connector and detach the clamp.

    2. Remove the 3 bolts and back door closer motor assembly.

  9. REMOVE DOOR CONTROL MOTOR


    1. A003FF8

      Using a T25 "TORX" driver, remove the 3 "TORX" screws and door control motor.
