FRONT WIPER MOTOR INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT FRONT WIPER MOTOR (LHD)


    1. A003FLOE01

      Apply battery voltage to the front wiper motor connector.

    2. Check operation of the front wiper motor.

      OK
      Measurement condition Specified condition

      Battery positive (+) → Terminal 1 (+1)

      Battery negative (-) → Terminal 5 (E)

      		 Motor operates at low speed

      Battery positive (+) → Terminal 4 (+2)

      Battery negative (-) → Terminal 5 (E)

      		 Motor operates at high speed

      If the result is not as specified, replace the front wiper motor.

  2. INSPECT FRONT WIPER MOTOR (RHD)


    1. A003FLOE02

      Apply battery voltage to the wiper motor connector.

    2. Check operation of the front wiper motor.

      OK
      Measurement condition Specified condition

      Battery positive (+) → Terminal 5 (+1)

      Battery negative (-) → Terminal 4 (E)

      		 Motor operates at low speed

      Battery positive (+) → Terminal 3 (+2)

      Battery negative (-) → Terminal 4 (E)

      		 Motor operates at high speed

      If the result is not as specified, replace the front wiper motor.
