HEATER SWITCH (w/ Hot Gas Heater) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL HEATER SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Hot Gas Heater)


    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the heater switch assembly to the instrument cluster finish panel sub-assembly lower center.

  2. INSTALL IDLE UP SWITCH (w/o Hot Gas Heater)


    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the idle up switch to the instrument panel finish panel lower center.

  3. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY LOWER CENTER (for LHD)

  4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL LOWER CENTER (for RHD)


    1. Attach the 8 claws to install the instrument panel finish panel lower center.

  5. INSTALL SHIFTING HOLE COVER ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. for Manual Transmission:

      Attach the 6 claws to install the shifting hole cover assembly.

    2. for Automatic Transmission:

      Attach the 8 claws to install the shifting hole cover assembly.

  6. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB (for RHD)

  7. INSTALL PARKING BRAKE HOLE COVER (for RHD)


    1. Attach the 6 claws to install the parking brake hole cover.

  8. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL NO. 1 UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. Attach the 3 claws to instrument panel under cover sub-assembly No. 1.

    2. Install the the 2 clips.

  9. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL LOWER (for RHD)


    1. Connect the fuel lid lock control cable and bonnet (hood) control cable assembly to the instrument panel finish lower.

    2. Attach the 4 clips to install the instrument panel finish panel lower.

    3. Install the 2 clips.
