MAGNETIC CLUTCH RELAY ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT MAGNETIC CLUTCH RELAY


    1. A003D2ZE04

      Remove the magnetic clutch relay from the instrument panel R/B.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard resistance
      Tester connection Condition Specified condition
      1 - 4 Always 1.57 to 1.81 Ω
      3 - 4 Always 0.64 to 0.74 Ω
      2 - 4 Always 0.20 to 0.24 Ω

      If the resistance value is not as specified, replace the magnetic clutch relay.
