COMPRESSOR (for 5L-E) ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT W/PULLEY COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A003EQGE01

      Disconnect the connector from the w/ pulley compressor assembly.

    2. Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 1 and the negative (-) lead to the body ground.

    3. Check that the magnetic clutch energized.

      OK
      The magnetic clutch energized.

      If the resistance value is not as specified, replace the magnetic clutch assembly.
