REAR BLOWER MOTOR (for Heater) INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT REAR BLOWER MOTOR

      Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 1 and negative (-) lead to terminal 2, then check that the motor operates smoothly.

      OK
      The motor operates smoothly.

      If the operation is not as specified, replace the rear blower motor.

    2. Measure the current according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard current
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      1 - 2 Blower motor operate Below 1.8 A

      If the current value is not as specified, replace the rear blower motor.
