REAR HEATER UNIT REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL AIR DUCT REAR NO.1

      Install the air duct rear No.1 with the 3 screws.

  2. INSTALL REAR HEATER BLOWER MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A003FKC

      Install the heater blower motor sub-assembly with the 3 screws.

    2. A003B14

      Install the connector.

  3. INSTALL HEATER COVER (MOTOR COVER)


    1. A003C8B

      Install the heater cover with the 3 screws.

  4. INSTALL REAR HEATER UNIT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A003GQME01

      Install the rear heater unit sub-assembly.

  5. INSTALL HEATER COVER (PIPE COVER)


    1. LHD:


      1. A003GKK

        Install the heater cover with the 3 screws.

    2. RHD:


      1. A003FAS

        Install the heater cover with the 4 screws.

  6. INSTALL HEATER UNIT REAR HEATER WATER INLET HOSE


    1. A003EGW

      Install the heater unit rear heater water inlet hose.

  7. INSTALL HEATER UNIT REAR HEATER WATER OUTLET HOSE


    1. Install the heater unit rear heater water outlet hose.

  8. INSTALL REAR HEATER BLOWER RESISTOR


    1. A003AZV

      Install the heater blower resistor with the 2 screws.

  9. INSTALL HEATER COVER


    1. A003DWI

      Install the heater cover with the 3 screws.
