REAR HEATER UNIT DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE HEATER COVER


    1. A003DWI

      Remove the 3 screws and heater cover.

  2. REMOVE REAR HEATER BLOWER RESISTOR


    1. A003AZV

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and rear heater blower resistor.

  3. REMOVE HEATER UNIT REAR HEATER WATER INLET HOSE


    1. A003EGW

      Using pliers, grip the claw of the clip and slide the clip to disconnect the heater unit rear heater water inlet hose.

  4. REMOVE HEATER UNIT REAR HEATER WATER OUTLET HOSE

    Tech Tips

    Disconnection of the heater unit rear heater water outlet hose is the same way as the heater unit rear heater water inlet hose.

  5. REMOVE HEATER COVER (PIPE COVER)

      LHD:


      1. Remove the 3 screws and heater cover.

    2. A003FAS

      RHD:


      1. Remove the 4 screws and heater cover.

  6. REMOVE REAR HEATER UNIT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A003AIDE02

      Remove the rear heater unit sub-assembly.

  7. REMOVE HEATER COVER (MOTOR COVER)


    1. A003C8B

      Remove the 3 screws and heater cover.

  8. REMOVE REAR HEATER BLOWER MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A003B14

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. A003FKC

      Remove the 3 screws and rear heater blower motor sub-assembly.

  9. REMOVE AIR DUCT REAR NO.1


    1. A003I52

      Remove the 3 screws and the air duct rear No.1.
