REAR COOLING UNIT (for Integrated Blower Motor Fan Type) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL COOLING UNIT CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Install the cooling unit case with the 3 screws.

  2. INSTALL REAR BLOWER FAN MOTOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A003BFE

      Install the blower fan motor assembly with the 3 screws.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure as for the opposite side.

  3. INSTALL EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (REAR)


    1. A003GUQ

      Install the evaporator sub-assembly.

    2. Install the clamp with the screw.

  4. INSTALL COOLER NO. 2 THERMISTOR


    1. A003AK8

      Install the cooler No. 2 thermistor.

    2. Engage the clamp.

  5. INSTALL COOLING UNIT CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A003ES2

      Install the unit case sub-assembly with the 18 screws.

  6. INSTALL REAR COOLER BLOWER RESISTOR


    1. A003H62

      Install the cooler blower resistor with the 2 screws.

  7. INSTALL COOLER WIRING HARNESS SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A003F56

      Engage the 6 clamps and 4 connectors to install the cooler wiring harness sub-assembly.
