VANE PUMP (for 5L-E) REMOVAL


  1. DRAIN POWER STEERING FLUID

  2. SEPARATE FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT


    1. A003FMXE01

      Loosen the bolt A and nut B, and remove the V belt.

  3. SEPARATE OIL RESERVOIR TO PUMP HOSE NO.1


    1. A003HYY

      Remove the clip and separate the oil reservoir to pump hose No.1.

  4. REMOVE PRESSURE FEED TUBE ASSEMBLY


    1. A003EYM

      Remove the union bolt and separate the pressure feed tube assembly.

  5. REMOVE VANE PUMP PULLEY


    1. A003FJVE01

      Using SST, remove the nut and the vane pump pulley.

  6. REMOVE VANE PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. A003HOC

      Remove the 2 bolts, nuts and the vane pump assembly.
