LOAD SENSING PROPORTIONING VALVE DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE LOAD SENSING PROPORTIONING VALVE ASSEMBLY

      Place the load sensing valve in the vise.

    2. Remove the nut while holding the bolt.

    3. Remove the 2 nuts, the valve set plate and the valve bracket.

    4. A003AWU

      Remove the clip and the load sensing proportioning valve assembly.

  2. REMOVE LOAD SENSING SPRING BUSH & BOOT KIT


    1. A003I0G

      Place the load sensing spring bracket in the vise.

    2. Remove the bolt, load sensing spring bracket, collar and the 2 bushs from the spring shackle No.2.

    3. A003AZZE01

      Remove the 2 plate washers, spring washer, spring shackle No.1, bolt, and nut.

    4. A003EVM

      Remove the lock nut, spring shackle No.1, plate washer, and nut from the spring shackle No.2.

    5. A003D5OE01

      Remove the following parts from the load sensing spring.
