BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR STRAINER


    1. Install the brake master cylinder strainer to the brake master cylinder reservoir assembly.

  2. INSTALL BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR FILLER CAP ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the brake master cylinder reservoir filler cap assembly to the brake master cylinder reservoir assembly.

  3. INSTALL MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR GROMMET


    1. A003HHP

      Apply a light coat of lithium soap base glycol grease to 2 new master cylinder reservoir grommets, and then install them to the brake master cylinder reservoir assembly.

  4. INSTALL BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the brake master cylinder reservoir sub-assembly to the brake master cylinder body.

    2. Using a pin punch and hammer, install a pin to the brake master cylinder reservoir assembly.
