FRONT UPPER SUSPENSION ARM DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE FRONT SUSPENSION UPPER ARM BUSHING


    1. A003HHC

      Use a hammer and chisel to unstake the lock nut.

    2. Remove the lock nut and retainer.

    3. A003CYA

      Use a hammer and chisel to diagonally bend 2 parts of the front suspension upper arm bushing flange.

    4. A003CM4E01

      Using SST and a press, remove the front suspension upper arm bushing (front side) from the front suspension upper arm.

    5. Remove the lock nut (rear side), retainer and front suspension arm shaft from the front suspension upper arm.

    6. A003GFYE01

      Using SST and a press, remove the front suspension upper arm bushing (rear side) from the front suspension upper arm.
