VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY REMOVAL


  1. DISCONNECT TRANSMISSION WIRE

  2. REMOVE TRANSMISSION VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY


    1. A003I22E01

      Remove the 20 bolts and valve body assembly.

  3. REMOVE SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE


    1. Remove the bolt, shift solenoid valve S1 and shift solenoid valve S2.

    2. Remove the O-ring from the shift solenoid valve S1.

    3. Remove the O-ring from the shift solenoid valve S2.

    4. w/ Flex Lock-up:


      1. Remove the bolt and temperature sensor clamp.

      2. Remove the bolt, solenoid clamp and shift solenoid valve SLU.

    5. w/o Flex Lock-up:


      1. Remove the bolt and shift solenoid valve SL.

      2. Remove the O-ring from the shift solenoid valve SL.

    6. Remove the bolt, solenoid lock plate and shift solenoid valve SLT.
