STARTER (for 2.2 kW Type) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL STARTER ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the wiring harness clamp bracket and install the starter assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      68 N*m  { 693 kgf*cm, 50 ft.*lbf }

    2. Install the starter wire with the nut.

      Torque:
      9.8 N*m  { 100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf }

    3. Connect the starter connector.

    4. Install the No. 2 terminal cap.

  2. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.
