FRONT BUMPER (for Wide Body) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET (for China)


    1. Attach the 4 claws to install the front bumper extension mounting bracket.

    2. Install the 2 screws.

  2. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE


    1. Attach the 16 claws to install the lower No. 1 radiator grille.

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for both front bumper hole covers.


    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the front bumper hole cover.

  4. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)


    1. Attach the 2 guides to install the fog light assembly LH to the fog light mounting bracket LH.

    2. Attach the 2 claws.

  5. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  6. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/ Fog Light)


    1. Attach the 3 claws to install the fog light cover LH.

  7. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  8. INSTALL FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET LH (w/ Fog Light)


    1. Attach the 4 claws to install the fog light mounting bracket LH.

    2. Install the 2 clips.

  9. INSTALL FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  10. INSTALL LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE LH (w/o Fog Light)


    1. Attach the 4 claws to install the lower radiator grille LH.

    2. Install the 2 clips.

  11. INSTALL LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE RH (w/o Fog Light)

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  12. INSTALL NO. 4 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ Fog Light)


    1. Attach the 10 clamps to install the No. 4 engine room wire.

    2. Connect the 2 fog light connectors.
