FRONT BUMPER (for Wide Body) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE NO. 4 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ Fog Light)


    1. Disconnect the 2 fog light connectors.

    2. Detach the 10 clamps and remove the No. 4 engine room wire.

  2. REMOVE FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET LH (w/ Fog Light)


    1. A003F0E

      Remove the 2 clips.

    2. Detach the 4 claws and remove the fog light mounting bracket LH.

  3. REMOVE FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/ Fog Light)

      Detach the 3 claws and remove the fog light cover LH.

  5. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)

    1. Detach the 2 claws.

    2. Detach the 2 guides and remove the fog light assembly LH from the fog light mounting bracket LH.

  7. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  8. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE LH (w/o Fog Light)

      Remove the 2 clips.

    2. Detach the 4 claws and remove the lower radiator grille LH.

  9. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE RH (w/o Fog Light)

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for both front bumper hole covers.

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the front bumper hole cover.

  11. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE


    1. Detach the 16 claws and remove the lower No. 1 radiator grille.

  12. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET (for China)


    1. A003HMY

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the 4 claws and remove the front bumper extension mounting bracket.
