REAR NO. 4 SEAT ASSEMBLY DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE NO.4 SEAT LEG BRACKET REAR

      Remove the bolt, spacer and No.4 seat leg bracket rear.

  2. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

      Remove the screw and reclining adjuster release handle.

  3. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER LH

      Disengage the claw and remove the 2 screws and reclining adjuster cover LH.

  4. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER RH

      Disengage the claw and remove the 2 screws and reclining adjuster cover RH.

  5. REMOVE SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY NO.1 (w/ Seat Lap Type Belt Assembly No.1)

      Remove the bolt and rear seat lap type belt assembly No.1.

  6. REMOVE LAP BELT OUTER ANCHOR COVER (w/ Seat Belt)

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the lap belt outer anchor cover.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Seat Lap Type Belt Assembly)

      Remove the bolt and rear seat lap type belt assembly.

  8. DISCONNECT REAR SEAT 3-POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Seat 3-Point Type Belt Assembly)


    1. Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear seat 3-point type belt assembly.

  9. REMOVE NO.4 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH PAD

      Remove the 4 bolts and No.4 seat cushion assembly.

    2. A003FGJ

      Disengage the hooks and remove the 2 clips and No.4 seat cushion cover sub-assembly with pad.

  10. REMOVE NO.4 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 4 hog rings.

    2. A003HT3E01

      Remove the 12 hog rings and No.4 seat cushion cover sub-assembly.

  11. REMOVE NO.4 SEAT CUSHION PAD

  12. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION LEG HINGE


    1. A003FSN

      Remove the bolt, spacer and rear seat cushion leg hinge.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A003GJT

      Remove the screw and rear seat cushion lock hook sub-assembly.

  14. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION UNDER COVER


    1. A003EJM

      Remove the 8 screws and rear seat cushion under cover.

  15. REMOVE REAR SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY INNER (w/ Seat Belt)


    1. A003EX4

      Remove the bolt and rear seat belt assembly inner.

  16. REMOVE REAR SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY INNER (w/ Seat Belt)

      Remove the bolt and rear seat belt assembly inner.

  17. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION SPACER


    1. A003DTP

      Remove the screw and rear seat cushion spacer.

  18. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK HANDLE KNOB

  19. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION SPACER

  20. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY

  21. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY (w/ Headrest)

  22. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION


    1. Remove the screw and rear seat cushion.

  23. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT (w/ Headrest)


    1. A003HYX

      Open the fastener of the No.4 seatback cover sub-assembly.

    2. Disengage the hook and turn back the No.4 seatback cover sub-assembly.

    3. A003BS7

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

  24. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT (w/ Headrest)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.

  25. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK BEZEL UPPER (w/ Rear Seat 3-Point Type Belt Assembly)

  26. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK BEZEL LOWER (w/ Rear Seat 3-Point Type Belt Assembly)

  27. REMOVE NO.4 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Headrest)


    1. A003HYX

      Open the fastener of the No.4 seatback cover sub-assembly.

    2. Disengage the hook and turn back the No.4 seatback cover sub-assembly.

    3. A003I1WE01

      Remove the 4 hog rings and No.4 seatback cover sub-assembly.

  28. REMOVE NO.4 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Headrest)

      Remove the 4 hog rings and No.4 seatback cover sub-assembly.

  29. REMOVE NO.4 SEATBACK PAD

  30. REMOVE NO.4 SEAT FRONT BRACKET COVER

      Remove the screw and No.4 seat front bracket cover.

  31. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION SHIELD INNER NO.1 (w/ Rear Seat 3-Point Type Belt Assembly)

      Remove the 3 screws and rear seat cushion shield inner No. 1.

  32. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER (w/ Rear Seat 3-Point Type Belt Assembly)

      Remove the 2 screws and rear seat shoulder belt hole cover.

  33. REMOVE REAR SEAT 3-POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Seat 3-Point Type Belt Assembly)

      Remove the 3 screws.

    2. Remove the nut and rear 3 point type belt assembly.
