      Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly with 2 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.

  5. INSTALL NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH PAD

  14. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SHIELD INNER NO. 1 RH

  15. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  16. INSTALL REAR SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY INNER (w/ Seat Belt)

      Install the rear seat belt assembly inner with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  17. INSTALL REAR SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY (w/ Seat Belt)

      Install the rear seat lap type belt assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  18. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY

      w/o Seat Belt:


      1. Install the No. 2 seat leg sub-assembly with the 8 bolts.

        Torque:
        42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

    2. w/ Rear seat lap type belt assembly:


      1. Install the No. 2 seat leg sub-assembly with the 8 bolts.

        Torque:
        42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      w/ Rear seat 3-point type belt assembly:


      1. Install the No. 2 seat leg sub-assembly with the 7 bolts.

        Torque:
        42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  19. INSTALL REAR SEAT 3-POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Seat 3-Point Type Belt Assembly)

      Install the rear seat 3 point type belt assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

    2. Install the 4 screws.

  21. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly with 16 new hog rings.

      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

      Using hog ring pliers, install the 5 new hog rings.
