REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/o Headrest) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL NO.1 SEATBACK PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. INSTALL NO.1 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A003ASNE01

      Using hog ring pliers, install the No.1 seatback cover sub-assembly to the No.1 seatback pad sub-assembly with 2 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    2. A003DFP

      Close the fastener of the No.1 seatback cover sub-assembly.

  3. INSTALL ASSIST GRIP ASSEMBLY (w/ Assist Grip)

  4. INSTALL ASSIST GRIP PLUG (w/ Assist Grip)

  5. INSTALL NO.1 SEAT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A003ERR

      Install the No.1 seat leg sub-assembly with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      41 N*m  { 418 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

  6. INSTALL NO.1 SEAT CUSHION PAD

  7. INSTALL NO.1 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A003AFOE01

      Using hog ring pliers, install the No.1 seat cushion cover sub-assembly to the No.1 seat cushion pad with 6 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    2. A003IEYE01

      Using hog ring pliers, install the 2 new hog rings.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the cover.

  8. INSTALL NO.1 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH PAD

  9. INSTALL SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY NO.1 (w/ Seat Belt)


    1. A003E55

      Install the seat lap type belt assembly No.1 with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  10. INSTALL REAR SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY INNER (w/ Seat Belt)


    1. A003ID5

      Install the rear seat belt assembly inner with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  11. INSTALL REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER NO.2 (for Second Row)

  12. INSTALL REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER NO.3

  13. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER RH

  14. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER LH
