      Using hog ring pliers, install the No.3 seatback cover sub-assembly with 2 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.

  8. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT RH

  9. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

  10. INSTALL ASSIST GRIP

  11. INSTALL REAR SEAT BACK SHIELD RH

  12. INSTALL REAR SEAT BACK SHIELD LH

  13. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SHIELD INNER NO.1 LH

  14. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SHIELD INNER NO.1 RH

  15. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  16. INSTALL REAR SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY INNER (w/ Seat Belt)

    Tech Tips

    Follow the same procedure as for the rear No.2 seat assembly.

  17. INSTALL REAR SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Seat Lap Type Belt Assembly)

    Follow the same procedure as for the rear No.2 seat assembly.

  18. INSTALL NO.3 SEAT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A003CZM

      w/o Seat belt:


      1. Install the No.3 seat leg sub-assembly with the 12 bolts.

        Torque:
        41 N*m  { 418 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

    2. w/ Rear seat lap type belt assembly:


      1. Install the No.3 seat leg sub-assembly with the 12 bolts.

        Torque:
        41 N*m  { 418 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

      w/ Rear seat 3-point type belt assembly:


      1. Install the No.3 seat leg sub-assembly with the 10 bolts.

        Torque:
        41 N*m  { 418 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

  19. INSTALL REAR SEAT 3-POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Seat 3-Point Type Belt Assembly)


    1. A003DD9

      Install the 2 rear seat 3 point type belt assemblies with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

    2. Install the 8 screws.

  20. INSTALL NO.3 SEAT CUSHION PAD

  21. INSTALL NO.3 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Using hog ring pliers, install the No.3 seat cushion cover sub-assembly with 24 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    2. Using hog ring pliers, install the 7 new hog rings.
