INJECTOR DRIVER (w/o DPF) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER

  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  3. REMOVE SUB BATTERY (for Cold Area Specification Vehicles)


    1. Disconnect the cable from the positive (+) battery terminal.

    2. Remove the nut and battery clamp.

    3. Remove the sub battery.

  4. REMOVE INJECTOR DRIVER ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the 3 injector driver connectors.

    2. Remove the 2 nuts and injector driver assembly.

  5. REMOVE INJECTOR DRIVER BRACKET


    1. A003FDP

      Remove the 4 screws and injector driver bracket from the injector driver.
