OIL PUMP (w/ DPF) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL STRAIGHT SCREW PLUG


    1. Install a new gasket and the straight screw plug to the timing gear case.

      Torque:
      44 N*m  { 449 kgf*cm, 32 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL OIL PUMP RELIEF VALVE


    1. Install the oil pump relief sleeve, oil pump relief valve, oil pump relief valve spring and oil pump relief valve guide to the timing gear case.

    2. Install the cushion and oil pump plate with 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      9.1 N*m  { 93 kgf*cm, 81 in.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL DRIVEN ROTOR
